Please use the following format for the naming: BP-[TEAM NAME]-[PROCESS NUMBER] [Process Name],

for example BP-WG0-001 Authorization of existing Customer

  1. Statistics: The user navigates to the Menu and selects the option “Statistics. The system opens a new window where the user can choose data for creating a report, and category of content creator.

  2. Choosing data for creating the report:

    • Report period: The user clicks on the “Report Period” field to open a calendar and selects the desired date range. The system offers click on the button “Select”.

    • Filtering: The user can select the category of content creators such as music, education, Top creators by checking a box.

  3. Creating a report: The system validates if the reported period is selected. If so, the system allows to clicks on the button “Create”, and the system generates a table.
    If the reporting period isn’t selected the system highlights in red this filed.

  4. Data visualization: The user gets a table that displays report date, total expenses for the reporting period, payment date, and data recipients.

  5. Downloading document: The user can download a document by choosing a format PDF, Excel, CSV, etc.

  6. Main menu: The user can return to the main menu by clicking on the “Home” option or move to the previous page by clicking on the button“Back”
