Description

After the Request is received from the authorized Customer, the System should adress the database of Contractors and apply the filters for Mandatory fields in accordance with the Customer’s Request

From the results received the System must pick 10 Contractors' Profiles in the following priority:

  • hightest System access fee found

  • highest percent of positive reviews from the total quantity of reviews

  • highest quantity of fullfilled Orders
